Peer Review Process
Applied Learning & International Scientific Publications Library (ALISPL) follows a rigorous, transparent, and quality-oriented peer review process to maintain high standards of academic publishing, research integrity, and scholarly excellence.
All submitted manuscripts including research papers, review articles, case studies, conference papers, technical manuscripts, and interdisciplinary research submissions undergo a structured evaluation process conducted by qualified subject experts, editorial board members, and independent reviewers.
The peer review system is designed to evaluate originality, technical quality, research methodology, innovation, ethical compliance, academic relevance, statistical validity, and scholarly contribution before publication in the international peer-reviewed journal.
Initial Editorial Screening
After manuscript submission, the editorial office conducts an initial screening process to verify manuscript formatting, journal scope relevance, plagiarism compliance, reference quality, ethical standards, and completeness of author information.
Manuscripts that successfully pass the preliminary editorial evaluation are forwarded for plagiarism checking using advanced plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate to ensure originality and compliance with publication ethics policies.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to expert reviewers specializing in the relevant academic discipline or research area. The journal generally follows a double-blind peer review process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential to ensure unbiased, fair, and objective evaluation.
Reviewers critically evaluate manuscripts based on research significance, literature review quality, research methodology, analytical framework, statistical interpretation, citation accuracy, technical presentation, originality, and overall scholarly contribution.
Reviewer Recommendations & Revisions
Based on reviewer comments and editorial recommendations, manuscripts may be:
- Accepted for Publication
- Returned for Minor Revisions
- Returned for Major Revisions
- Rejected Based on Editorial Evaluation
Authors receiving revision requests are expected to carefully address reviewer comments, submit revised manuscripts within the specified timeline, and provide detailed response documents where required.
Revised manuscripts may undergo additional rounds of peer review to ensure compliance with reviewer observations and publication quality standards.
Final Acceptance & Publication
Once a manuscript successfully satisfies all academic, technical, editorial, and ethical requirements, the editorial office issues a final acceptance notification to the corresponding author.
Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, formatting, DOI allocation, metadata preparation, indexing support, and final online publication.
The journal remains committed to maintaining confidentiality, editorial independence, fairness, transparency, and high-quality international scholarly publication standards throughout the complete peer review and publication workflow.
